From the begining, Medithau as been intensively engaged in studies and creation of technological solutions in order to get ever better conditions of work and quality of products.
Today, in Medithau central activity, a special office is dedicated to Research and Development of new products, services, methods and machines. Jean Jacques Thibaut and Florent Tarbouriech work in intense colaboration with the Marketing, Trade, Farming, Human Management services of Medithau and with many engineering office partners. They efforce themselfves to make durable the evolution of the firm as well as shellfish sector.
