MEDI THAU MAREE has a production structure for oysters and mussels with official certification for purification and sending of living shellfish, marketing a wide range of seafood from fishing and farming, both nationally and across Europe.
Thanks to Florent TARBOURIECH’s intense interest in shellfish, his commitment to quality right from the outset, and his efficient logistical structure, Médithau is today the undisputed leader in mussels and Bouzigues oysters in Southern Europe. Médithau’s location in south of France on the Mediterranean coast is an ideal place for treating and sending shellfish across Southern Europe. Situated on the shores of "Etang de Thau", Médithau has an optimum access to very best Bouzigues oysters.
Médithau business grew considerably between 1998 and 2007. The infrastructure and level of equipment in Mas de Montpenèdre, added to the company financial data, demonstrate this is a very reputable company with a positive future.
