ARIA Charter
In August 2007, we signed the Languedoc-Roussillon agro-processing business progress charter for sustainable development. This charter was set up by ARIA (Languedoc-Roussillon Agro-Processing Industry Regional Association) in the early summer 2007.

Sustainable development report
Our first sustainable development report has been finalised at the end of 2007. The aim of this document is to list all existing best practices and to identify areas for improvement to draft an effective action plan for the coming years. BLEU SOLEIL Charter

All producers of "BLEU SOLEIL" range have made the following commitments :
Support and promotion of work and technical distinctives of local traditional fishing methods, respecting environment and which are compatible with sustainable use of natural resources.
Control of sanitary quality for all products sent. To ensure they abide by an impeccable sanitary control procedure, products spend time in purifying pools for an appropriate length of time as required.
Identification and monitoring of all batches of shellfish. This traceability control ensures the constant improvement of food safety for all products marketed.
Maintaining the most stringent standards in grading, sorting and selection of products by skilled staff who undergoes continuous training.
Marketing all products solely in the periods during when their organoleptic qualities are optimal.
Using approved means of transport that comply with the key requirements of delivering fresh, live produce.
